How do I book Frausto’s Mobile Gameroom for my event?​​

Do you require a deposit to book?

No deposit required. We do require full payment a week prior to party or event. If you book within a week of party/event then payment is due same day you book.

Do you charge an extra cost for travel?​​

Anything exceeding 52 miles from 77316 zip code will have to be evaluated on a case by case basis. Travel charge is depending on distance (please see pricing/packages page) and travel time it may also vary.

What happens if I don’t make my payment when due (week prior to event)?

Your party is automatically cancelled at Midnight of due date. You can reschedule if date/time is still available or next available date/time. Customers on call/waitlist get opportunity to book newly available date/time.

What can I do if my requested date/time is unavailable at time of booking?

We can put you on a call/wait list. If cancellation makes one available then we can give you a call.

How many people can Frausto’s Mobile Gameroom truck accommodate?​

Our video game trailer can accommodate up to 24 players at once depending on the game. The inside includes 5 TVs, video game systems, surround sound speakers ,and 2 Outside TVs with video game systems and surround sound speakers. We have done festivals for 500 people and have timers to rotate guest so everyone gets to play.

Do you allow food and drinks in Frausto’s Mobile Gameroom truck?

We do not allow any food or drinks in the gameroom. You and your guest should consume food and drinks outside the gameroom.

Can I book in advance?

Yes, we highly suggest booking a month in advance to get the perfect time slot for your event but not required.

Is there an age limit?

Yes, we do require a responsible adult to be on board at an event where children less than Five years are involved. Toddlers and infants are not allowed to play with any of the electronic equipment and must be held if in the gameroom.

What if I don’t enjoy VR add-on?

We apologize if VR doesn’t meet your expectations or if it causes motion sickness from using. We will not refund VR once paid. Waiver is to be signed by host/person who booked at time of event before usage.

Can my gaming party be affected by bad weather?

Frausto’s Mobile Gameroom truck is designed for all types of weather conditions. Apart from the gameroom being insulated, it is also climate controlled with heat and air conditioning. On occasions when the weather may be severe, we will need to reschedule your party. We reserve the right to reschedule your services to guarantee the safety of our staff and your guests. However, light rains may not necessitate cancellation. You can continue with gaming inside the truck. You can also call in to start the rescheduling process if you feel or anticipate that the weather threatens your party.

How much space does Frausto’s Mobile Gameroom trailer need?

Our truck is very long and needs a minimum of 45 feet of space. Our game coach will park the trailer where it cannot cause danger to equipment, property, or persons. We also don’t park in yards, driveways, or other areas that we deem dangerous. When we pull up, we look for a flat-level area or logical spot to park. We may need to park on your neighborhood street, so you need to let your neighbor know in advance or let us know if you have a preferred spot. We also don’t park on grass, gravel areas, dirt roads.

What happens if I (Host) or my guest breaks something?

We reserve the right to charge host’s original tender (Credit/Debit Card/Cash) for any damages done by host or guest. It is the host responsibility to ensure all guest follow rules and listen to game coaches to prevent damages/breakage.

What if I’m wet or have a water slide/pool party?

We don’t allow guest inside that are wet since we have expensive electronics, would cause damage to seating and flooring. We ask that you plan your game truck experience before the guest get wet or after they have had time to fully dry.

Do you need to use my home internet or power?

We are self sufficient so we carry three internet providers on our game truck. (Verizon/AT&T/T-Mobile) It is complimentary with all parties. On the chance we don’t get service then we can still function all games offline. We also carry two ultra quiet inverter generators to power all the electronics and have a back up generator. We try our best to take care of you so you don’t have to worry about taking care of us.

What happens if I book the small party package but more then 8 show up?

We created the small party package with a strict rule of 8 or less gamers. Even if it’s one additional gamer, the party will have to be upgraded to our standard package before party can start. Thank you for your understanding.

What happens if I book the standard party package but less then 9 show up?

We created the small party package so small parties can still get the ultimate gaming experience. Once payment is made then there is no refund. We can reschedule to another date/time if that can help with guest attending if told 24hrs before event. If told the day of event before we set up then we can offer a small party change for current party plus an additional small party package at a different date. If applicable we can offer an additional 2 hours for current party at a small party package.

Can you park on grass, gravel or dirt?

No we don’t park on grass, gravel or dirt. We only park on concrete and asphalt.

Can you park by grass, gravel or dirt?
Yes we can park near grass, gravel or dirt but there may be a cleaning fee where applicable.
