Frausto's Mobile Gameroom

Parent’s supervision is not required but one responsible adult must stay onsite for the duration of the event. Players under 5 years old must have one adult inside game room. Me and Game coaches are there to assist Gamers, encourage and manage party.

Frausto’s Mobile Gameroom or it’s employess will not be responsible for any damage to property resulting from a request by the client to position the game room in a specific location. This Includes both above ground and below ground property/equipment. Additionally, Frausto’s Mobile Gameroom reserves the right to charge the host who booked’s credit card or payment tender for damages to the trailer or equipment resulting from the careless or willful damage of same by host or guests. Frausto’s Mobile Gameroom and it’s employees assume no responsibility for any injuries sustained on the client’s property or their designated location. All liability for damages or injuries is the sole responsibility of the host.

We will be there as long as weather permits it safe to drive. Temperature controlled game room allows to play or watch worry free of weather. If for other reasons like life happens then we understand and only require a week advance notice for a full refund. Less than one week notice forfeits $100, unless the party is rescheduled for a later, date, and within six months of the original event date. Parties may only be rescheduled once. Cancellations or changes to schedule within a week of the event are at the sole discretion of Frausto’s Family Gameroom and may forfeit $100.

Our truck is very long and needs a minimum of 45 feet of space. Our game coach will park the trailer where it cannot cause danger to equipment, property, or persons. We also don’t park in yards, driveways, or other areas that we deem dangerous. When we pull up, we look for a flat-level area or logical spot to park where we can accommodate your party. We may need to park on your neighborhood street, so you need to let your neighbor know in advance or let us know if you have a preferred spot. We only park on hardened surfaces such as solid concrete, gravel areas or asphalt. Host responsible for providing adequate space.

We offer a large selection of the latest and greatest multi-player games for Xbox Series X,Ps5, Ps5 VR, Oculus Quest 2, Nintendo switch. We are constantly updating our library of games. so if you have a specific request, call us prior to your event, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. We will not have any Mature rated games unless Party Host request before party.

Although you may do so outside/near the trucks, accidents happen, and we understand this, so we don’t permit any food or drinks in the gaming trucks. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or cut short any party or booking when alcohol is being served. Drugs of any sort will not be tolerated in or around the FMG equipment. If we observe the use of illegal narcotics at a Frausto Mobile Gameroom party, it will result in the termination of the party immediately and will not be offered a refund. Out of respect to our staff and your guests, Tobacco products will need to be at least 30 feet from the vehicle.

We understand accidents happen, and FMG reserves the right to charge clients for negligence/carelessness of equipment/trailer and/or damages done due to breaking a policy listed above by game coach’s(market price of equipment). FMG is not liable for any injuries or accidents that take place on the client’s property, in-game truck(s) and/or event space (location). Also, please know FMG Game Coaches will not be responsible for any damage to property if a certain location or parking style is requested by the client.

Frausto Mobile Gameroom is committed to protection your privacy, all information we collect is used to make your experience the best! We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.

Our Game Coach will likely take photos for our advertisement to show what an awesome time FMG really is. We will have them on our Facebook Page and website. You are welcome to use the photos we take from your party. If you do not want your photos posted, please let us know beforehand.

FLASH FLOODS, TROPICAL STORMS or HURRICANES are in the forecast, YOU MUST reschedule your event. In the event of other severe weather lightning, very high winds, flooding and/or extremely heavy rains, snow or ice) we may and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. If the threat of these storms threatens your party and you are aware in advance (pending or anticipated snow storm, tropical storm or hurricane) please contact us to begin the rescheduling process.

Since we have a large selection of games please let us know as soon as possible if you prefer a specific game rating limit.
